Green stone dial
On the lacquer dial of the Oyster Perpetual 28, three of the hour markers ā those at 3, 6 and 9 oāclock ā are in natural stone, a first for Rolex. The heliotrope presents a variety of green hues and features an ogive cut on its upper surface, which highlights its individual structure and colour while preventing the slightest reflection.
18 kt yellow gold

According to the proportion of silver, copper, platinum or palladium added, different types of 18 kt gold are obtained: yellow, pink or white. The Oyster bracelet
The Oyster bracelet is a perfect alchemy of form and function, aesthetics and technology. First introduced in the late 1930s, this particularly robust and comfortable metal bracelet with its broad, flat three-piece links remains the most universal bracelet in the Oyster collection. For the Oyster Perpetual models the Oyster bracelet is fitted with an Oysterclasp.
Model availability
All Rolex watches are assembled by hand with the utmost care to ensure exceptional quality. Such high standards naturally restrict Rolex production capacity and, at times, the demand for Rolex watches outpaces this capacity.
